STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST 
Boneless, skinless chicken breast
Stove Top stuffing mix
Cream of mushroom soup

Select 1 or 2 chicken breast for each serving. Score the breast but not all the way through. This is to help tenderize. Salt and pepper as desired.

Make stuffing according to directions on box. Put one heaping tablespoon of stuffing on each chicken breast. Wrap the meat around the stuffing and lay in baking dish which has been sprayed with Pam, seam side down. Cover with cream of mushroom soup. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
