STRAWBERRY PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 qt. fresh strawberries or frozen
1 (9") pie crust
1 container Cool Whip topping

Cook pie crust as directed on package. While crust is baking, cook first 3 ingredients in pan until thick. Mix 1 package of strawberry Jello into mixture. Slice strawberries into pie crust, then pour mixture into pie crust. Chill until thickened. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
