SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 qts. fresh squash
2 med. onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. jar pimento
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 stick butter
1 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix

Cook squash and onion together until tender, then mash. Mix all other ingredients and put in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
