CHOCOLATE TOOTSIE ROLLS 
1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/3 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Melt chocolate and butter in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla; blend until smooth. Add confectioners sugar and graham cracker crumbs; blend well (mixture will be very stiff). Stir in pecans.
