CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. chow mein noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. instant rice, uncooked

Brown meat; add celery and onions. Continue frying until transparent. Add remaining ingredients. Place in casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour.
