SPANISH STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. thick round steak
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 bay leaf
1/4 c. sliced olives
1 c. water
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

Sprinkle salt and pepper on steak. Brown in oil in skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours until tender. 4 servings.
