MOCK PECAN PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. cooked pinto beans, drained and mashed
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar with butter - beat in eggs one at a time. Add mashed beans and vanilla. Stir to mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 60 minutes until pie is form. (Try it and see if anyone can guess the secret ingredients).
