1 unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2/3 c. white corn syrup
2/3 c. uncooked quick oatmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Do not use instant oats.

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked shell. Bake at 250 degrees for 50-60 minutes. May add pecans or coconut if desired.
