1 box pistachio pudding
2 boxes Jiffy cake mix
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Follow pudding directions on box. Bake the 2 Jiffy cake mixes as directed. Crumble cooked cakes into the pudding mixture. Cool in the refrigerator 30 minutes. Top with Cool Whip and serve.
