TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
4 to 5 Delicious apples
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. pineapple (drain juice) and save
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
4 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 c. dry roasted peanuts

Heat flour, sugar, pineapple juice, egg and vinegar over medium heat until pudding consistency. Put mixture in refrigerator until cool. Add apples. Add Cool Whip, pineapple and nuts. Mix.
