FUDGE MARBLE STREUSSEL CAKE 
1 pkg. marble cake mix
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flaked coconut
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/3 c. water

Combine small packet from cake mix with sugar, flour, coconut and melted butter. Set aside. Blend dry cake mix with remaining ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

Spread 3/4 of batter evenly in a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Sprinkle with 2/3 of streussel topping. Spread with remaining batter and top with remaining streussel. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool right side up about 25 minutes. Remove from pan and set right side up on serving plate. Serves 12-16.
