1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. coconut
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
