RHUBARB TORTE 
3 cups rhubarb
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. lard
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
2 tsp. milk

Mix together first 5 ingredients and let stand 15 minutes. Meanwhile cut lard into flour and baking powder. Mix all ingredients together. Spread crust in 8x8 greased pan. Pour rhubarb mixture over crust. Sprinkle top with 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon mixture.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
