BANANA PUDDING | |
16 graham crackers 1 pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding mix 2 c. skim milk 4 sm. bananas 2 egg whites 1/2 tsp. vanilla Prepare pudding mix as directed using the 2 cups of skim milk. Line bottom and sides of a 6x9x2 inch baking dish with graham crackers. Add 2 sliced bananas and 1/2 of the pudding mixture. Cover with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining 2 bananas. Cover with the remaining pudding mixture. Beat egg whites; add vanilla to the whites and spread over pudding. Brown in a 375 degree oven. NOTE: This is a diabetic recipe. |
