PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2/3 c. light brown sugar
1 1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. water
1 egg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1 inch ball.

Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Put a criss-cross on each cookie using fork prongs that you have dipped in water.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until light brown.

Cool on cookie sheet about 1 minute, then remove to rack to finish cooling.
