STUFFED POTATOES 
Potatoes, amount you need
1 c. diced ham
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg, hard boiled
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. milk

Scoop out potatoes and mash with fork. Mix all ingredients and put back in potato. Top with 2 tablespoons Swiss cheese. Put in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes.
