DIXIE CHICKEN SHORT CAKE 
1 lg. boiled chicken
2 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. flour
1 lb. mushrooms
2 tbsp. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pan corn bread, baked

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Make a sauce with the broth and flour. Saute mushrooms and add to sauce along with chopped chicken. Layer chicken with corn bread, alternating.
