GOURMET PORK CHOPS 
6 to 8 pork chops
1 c. white table wine
1 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. garlic spread
2 cans mushrooms
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1/2 pt. sour cream

Brown chops. Add soup mix, wine, broth, and garlic spread and stir until well blended. Simmer 45 minutes until pork chops are tender. Add sour cream and mushrooms and heat. Do not boil.
