GOURMET GOULASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
3 c. med. egg noodles (4 oz.)
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 can condensed beef broth
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
Dash of pepper

Place beef, onion, garlic and 1 teaspoon salt in heavy skillet. Cook on medium heat to brown beef. Add noodles. Combine tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, salt, pepper, beef broth, and water. Pour over noodles. Cover. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes stirring occasionally.

Add green pepper. Cover. Cook 10 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in drained mushrooms and sour cream. Heat and serve.
