BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. round steak, slightly frozen
2 tbsp. oil
1 lg. onion, cut round thin sliced and separated
1 green pepper, cut in strips
2 c. sour cream
2 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
1 tbsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Slice round steak in very thin strips. Brown meat, onion and peppers in oil. Add mushrooms to steak and onions. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in garlic salt, flour and cream of mushroom soup. Simmer uncovered another 10 minutes. Add sour cream and simmer 5 additional minutes covered. Serve over rice or noodles.
