TOASTED PECANS 
1 egg white
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. plain flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. pecan halves

Beat egg whites. Add brown sugar. Mix with flour slowly. Add vanilla and salt. Fold in pecans. Spread out on greased cookie sheet (I spray with Pam).

Bake at 250°F about 45 minutes. Cool and place in sealed container.
