BAKED PORK CHOPS 
Thick pork chops, trimmed
2 tbsp. marsala
1 med. onion, chopped

Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown in a 450-500 degree oven for 20 minutes, turning half way through. Top chops with onion; pour marsala over. Reduce heat to 225 degrees. Cover pork with foil and bake 3 hours.
