LEON SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
1 head romaine lettuce, finely chopped
1/4 lb. Italian salami, cut julieene
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
Leon Dressing

Combine iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce, salami, cheese and beans in bowl. Toss with Leon Dressing and serve. Makes 6 servings.

LEON DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Makes about 1/2 cup. With this amount of salad, it is usually adviseable to double the dressing.
