BLUEBERRY WHEAT MUFFINS 
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. wheat flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt in bowl. Add blueberries and stir to coat. In a small bowl, combine egg, milk, and butter. Add to flour mixture and stir just to moisten. Prepare muffin cups. Spoon batter into cups. Bake at 400 degrees for about 18 to 20 minutes or until done. Makes about 8 to 10 muffins.
