BLUEBERRY WHEAT MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
3 c. blueberries
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. skim milk
1 c. butter, melted

Combine flours, brown sugar and baking powder in large bowl. Add blueberries; toss to coat. Beat together egg, skim milk and butter; add to dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Fill greased muffin pan cups 2/3 full; bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Yield: 24 muffins.
