SPRING COMBINATION MARMALADE 
2 lb. strawberries
3 oranges
1 lb. fresh pineapple
Grated rind of 1/2 orange
3 1/2 lb. granulated sugar

Wash and stem strawberries. Peel, core and grate fresh pineapple. Dice pulp of orange. Combine pineapple, oranges, and grated rind with sugar. Boil 15 minutes. Add strawberries and continue cooking 12 minutes, or until mixture is transparent and thick, approximately 225 degrees. Cool and pour into sterilized jars.
