TURTLE CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix (super moist works best)
14 oz. caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter
1 bag chocolate chips (12 oz.)
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cake according to package directions. Pour 1/2 the batter in pan and bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile melt caramels, milk and butter. Pour over hot cake. Sprinkle chips and nuts over. Pour rest of batter over chips and nuts; bake another 20 minutes.
