AMBROSIA 
1- 20 oz. can Dole pineapple chunks
1- 11 oz. Dole mandarin orange segments
1 firm, lg. banana, sliced
1 1/2 c. seedless grapes
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. pecan halves or coarsely chopped nuts
1 c. dairy sour cream or plain yogurt
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Drain pineapple and orange segments. In large bowl, combine pineapple, orange segments, banana, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and nuts.

In 1 qt. measure, combine sour cream and brown sugar. Stir in fruit mixture. Refrigerate covered at least 1 hour or overnight.

Makes 4 servings.
