SUPREME CHICKEN SALAD 
4 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1/2 c. black olives, sliced
1 tsp. salt (or Lawrys to taste)
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 1/4 lb. seeded grapes (red & green)
4 c. lettuce hearts
2/3 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced

WHIP CREAM DRESSING:

1/2 c. whip cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix above salad ingredients. Serve on lettuce leaves. Prepare dressing.
