CHRISTMAS MORNING BREAKFAST 
2 lbs. sausage
16 oz. sour cream
12 eggs, beaten
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook, crumble and drain sausage. (I do this ahead of time so the casserole can be assembled quickly.) Layer ingredients in order listed. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until firm. Serves 12 and keeps them from getting hungry until you can get Christmas dinner ready!
