CHUCK WAGON BEANS 
1 lb. sliced bacon
6 lb. ground beef
6 c. finely chopped onions
2 c. finely chopped celery
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/3 c. boiling water
3 c. catsup
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
4 cans (1 lb. 13 oz. each) molasses-style baked beans

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook bacon until crisp in large heavy roaster. Remove and drain on paper towel. Drain bacon fat from pan. In same pan, cook and stir ground beef, onion and celery until ground beef is brown and onion is tender. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water, stir bouillon and remaining ingredients into meat mixture. Cover and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until hot bubbly. Before serving, crumble bacon on top of beans. (24 servings.)
