1 1/2 lb. chop meat
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
Dash salt
Dash pepper
1/2 onion
Dash parsley
1 sm. Del Monte sauce

Mix chop meat; make a well in middle. Add cheese and close. Pour sauce over the top with 1 can of water. Let cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
