6 flounder fillets
1/2 lb. crab meat
1/2 lb. raw shrimp
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Thyme and marjoram to taste
Lemon pepper and salt
6 tbsp. sour cream
6 tbsp. white wine
6 pieces heavy duty foil (about 12 inch sq.)
