4-8 Pork Chops
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup Coca Cola
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar plus additional

Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste and brown in skillet. Place chops in 9x13 baking dish. Mix ketchup, cola and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar; pour over chops. Sprinkle with additional brown sugar.

Bake uncovered 350°F for 1 hour or until chops are tender. You may want to baste the chops with pan drippings during cooking.
