RASPBERRY BARS 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. raspberries

Mix together 2 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup sugar and 3/4 cup butter. Beat well and take out 1 cup of mixture and set aside. To remaining mixture, add 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 egg, and 3/4 cup sour cream. Beat well and pat into 8x12 inch greased pan.

Cream together 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 egg, and 1/4 cup sugar. Beat well and spread on top of first layer in pan. Sprinkle desired amount of raspberries on top and then sprinkle remaining 1 cup mixture of flour, sugar, and butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
