QUICK SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 or 8 med. potatoes, boiled with skins and cooled
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 can milk
3 or 4 tbsp. butter

In saucepan, combine soup, milk, and butter. Heat until blended. Peel potatoes and slice thin. Fill buttered casserole dish 1/2 full of potatoes, pour 1/2 of the sauce over the potatoes. Add remaining potatoes and pour over remaining sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Can also be microwaved. Cheese, ham or onion can be added.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
