FROZEN CORN | |
35 ears fresh sweet corn, about 20 c. 1 lb. butter 1 pt. half and half Salt Husk, silk, and wash corn. Cut it from cob into uncovered roaster. Add butter and half and half. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Cool by placing roaster in sink with ice water under it. Package and freeze as quickly as possible. To serve, heat corn through. Add salt. There is no need to add extra liquid. |
