BEEF STROGANOFF SUPREME 
3 1/2 to 4 lbs. tender beef, cut into sm. pieces
1/2 stick butter (butter)
1 med. onion, diced finely
1 can mushroom pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lg. carton sour cream
2 to 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar

Saute onion in butter. Add beef and stir until it changes color. Add Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add mushroom pieces, soup and vinegar. Simmer until tender. Add sour cream just before serving.

Serve over egg noodles. One large and one small package of noodles with above recipe, serves 10 adults.
