SUPER SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp in sm. pieces

DRESSING:

2 c. Hellmann's or Kraft mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. dried Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. dried parsley (optional)
1 tbsp. dried minced onion or fresh onion, diced

Make the dressing the night before and chill.

Break lettuce and cauliflower into bite-size pieces and toss with cooled bacon. Right before serving, add the dressing which was prepared the night before and toss with salad.
