MACARONI CHEESE SALAD 
1 c. macaroni
2 (7 oz.) cans tiny shrimp
1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. drained pickle relish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sour cream

Cook macaroni in salted water; drain and cool. Add shrimp, cheese, pimento, celery, green onion, green pepper and pickle relish.

Blend mayonnaise, mustard, salt and sour cream. Add to macaroni mixture and toss lightly. Chill.
