1 egg
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
Hershey Kisses

Mix together egg, peanut butter and sugar. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in a little granulated sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at a low temperature of 350-375 degrees (according to your oven) for approximately 8-10 minutes. Best at less baking time, because they are more moist.

Remove from oven and while still warm place in the center of each cookie a Hershey Kiss. Makes 2 dozen.
