2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice
2 c. chicken consomme (canned - do not dilute)
1 c. white wine
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1 stick butter (cut in pieces)
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained and cut in pieces
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Mix all the above ingredients in an oven-proof Pyrex dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Cook in a 350 degree oven for one hour. Serves 6 people.
