KIBBEE WITH LABAN 
Basic Kibbee recipe using 1/2 c. more burghul

Laban Sauce:

1 1/2 - 2 qt. yogurt or laban
1 egg
2 -3 tbsp. flour
Salt to taste
1 1/2- 2 qt. cold water
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Rendered butter

Make kibbee balls. Pour 1 quart of yogurt, 1 egg white, salt and flour into a large saucepan. Using a hand mixer, beat till smooth. Add cold water and blend together. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon so mixture will not curdle. When boiling, add kibbee balls. In a sauté pan, brown garlic in rendered butter. Add to sauce and cook over low heat for 15-20 mins.
