FLANK STEAK 
1/2 c. beer
4 minced green onions, greens included
1/3 c. safflower oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. peeled and minced ginger root
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. salt, optional

Combine all ingredients above. Score flank steak both sides. Pour all ingredients over steak in shallow pan, cover. Marinate overnite in refrigerator. Drain, pat dry with paper toweling. Grill to medium rare for 7 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
