PIZZA SANDWICH 
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
2 c. Bisquick
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
8 slices American cheese
1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Stir tomato sauce into drained, browned ground beef. Add oregano. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in Bisquick, egg and milk into soft dough. Spread half of dough into greased 9x9x2 inch pan.

Spread half of tomato sauce on dough, add half the mushrooms, 4 slices cheese, and half of Parmesan. Spread remaining sauce, mushrooms, cheese and Parmesan (have 2 layers). Spread rest of dough over top to edges of pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees until dough is brown.
