QUICHE 
Pillsbury pie dough
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. half & half
1 egg
1 1/2 c. diced Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. broccoli or ham, diced (NOTE: Broccoli must be cooked and drained
well.) 1/2 c. diced scallions
Dash of pepper, black

In large pie plate lay out pie dough. Pierce with fork and bake as directed on box. When cool, mix in bowl all ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Add more half and half to fill pie pan. Cook at 350 degrees until mixture bubbles, anywhere from 20 minutes to 1 hour. Ham can be deli or tenderloin.
