1 1/2 c. sugar Pinch of salt 1/3 c. water 1 jar marshmallow cream Mix sugar, salt, and water. Bring to a boil and let continue to boil to hard ball stage (248-250 degrees). Empty the jar of marshmallow cream into large bowl. When syrup has reached the right stage pour on marshmallow cream and beat until peaks form. Add nuts and drop by teaspoons on waxed paper. |
