EGG SAUSAGE SOUFFLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
6 eggs, beaten
6 slices of bread
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried mustard
2 c. milk

Brown sausage. Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish. Must refrigerate for 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
