EASY BUL - KOGI 
1 lb. round steak or London Broil
3 green onions, finely sliced
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. light soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. sherry or beef broth
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Partially freeze beef and slice as thin as possible (paper thin is best). Combine remaining ingredients to make marinade. Add meat and stir until well coated. Let stand at least 20 minutes. Transfer meat and marinade to skillet and saute briefly until meat looses its pinkness. Serve over rice. 2 to 4 servings.
