COD CREOLE 
1 1/2 lbs. codfish steaks
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 sliced tomato
1 green pepper, cut in rings
1 med. onion, sliced
1 tsp. oregano

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and dry your steaks. Salt and pepper both sides and coat with mayonnaise. Place in well-greased shallow baking dish.

Artfully arrange the tomato slices, pepper and onion rings on top. Sprinkle with oregano and bake 30 minutes.
